Another key nutrient comes in the form of omega-3 fatty acids.  Omega-3 fatty acids can be found in fish, such as wild Alaskan salmon, sardines as well as anchovies, and cod, to name a few.   For vegans and vegetarians, there are other options for omega-3 fatty acids such as walnuts, chia seeds and ground flax seeds and flax seed oils.  All of these omega-3 rich foods are good for the health of the heart and brain and serve to combat wrinkles.

Avoiding sugar and processed foods serves to compliment healthy food choices and gives your body a chance to fight back the effects of aging across the board.  Other techniques, such as facial acupressure, can likewise work wonders for addressing wrinkles that a proper diet and nutrition don’t handle.  Finally, when it comes to skincare products, look for those that are natural and have as few chemicals and additives as possible.
