Anti-Cancer Answer from the Sea?

Studies have found that women in Japan have a lower risk of breast cancer than American women; however, if they move to the U.S. and presumably adopt a different diet, their cancer risk can increase similarly to that of American women. For this reason, seaweed in the Japanese diet, such as nori, is commonly thought to fight or prevent breast cancer.

4. Chlorella

Chlorella is a superfood algae which is high in protein, vitamins and minerals. As a potent source of chlorophyll, it is an effective detoxicant.
