I have used half a canister of the V-Shake I like this product a lot... The taste is wonderful, though having been one to like sweet milk chocolate, this is much more dark chocolate taste but it did not take me long to really prefer this taste and enjoy it. I mix it with cold water and it makes a wonderful cool refreshing shake. I use a shaker cup and it mixes real well. I feel satisfied afterward, full but not too full or bloated. I have been using this product with the Go Ruby Go and the All Day Energy Greens, and the results have been wonderful. I drink a mix of the Ruby and the Greens in the morning, have the V-Shake later for lunch. My body no longer "craves" food during the day, I believe it is because my body has been fed such wonderful nutrition and is satisfied... I eat one little healthy meal like a salad for dinner and that is all I want. My energy levels have gone up and I have been doing a lot of walking and hiking as well... my health is improved a lot overall and I am losing weight !! I completely recommend this product..

My first container of V SHAKE arrived today, and this is my first impressions. Will add reviews of the V SHAKE as time moves along. And will provide impressions of any appreciable weight-loss, and overall feelings of good health. First Impressions: 1) The V SHAKE Container is huge and the powder is nearly filled to the top. No skimping here. 2) The scooper is huge. I had to dig inside just below the surface but I couldn't put the thing back because the powder fills the container. I think I have to consume several cups before I can make the scooper fit in the container. 3) The color is dark, and smells very aromatic like dark Dutch Chocolate. If you're a dark chocolate lover like me, this is going to excite you. When mixed with plain water, there is some powedery dark chocolate residue much as would expect from fine ground natural dark chocolate. 4) V SHAKE mixes quicky and easily in a glass of water with a spoon. No lumps. Pretty much the same quality like other IVL super food powders. 5) The taste is a winner. Very deep, rich, Dutch-chocolate flavor. Consistency measured by the amount in the scooper. The more V SHAKE used, the thicker and richer it is. 6) Sweetness is well-balanced in my opinion. No jolts, no after taste, just a well-balanced dark chocolate, rich, sweet taste. I think some consumers may find the dark chocolate flavor to be slightly strong (hint of bitter sweet chocolate) of high percentage of Cocoa (which I do personally enjoy). This is good dark chocolate, not milk chocolate. 7) Personal perference, I mixed V SHAKE in plain tap water, and added a couple of ice cubes, for a delicious chilled shake. Very cool. 8) Looking ahead: So far, my first impression of V SHAKE is that it is a high quality product and a very good one. I'd give it all Stars just on the quality of the ingredients, but also on taste, appearance, aroma, ease of use, and after-drinking satisfaction. I feel "full" in a satisfied way. No objections at all. I'm looking forward to seeing results on the weight loss side. 9) I've used many other IVL super powder products and I find V SHAKE a reliable product on this first impression.
