How long to be on Gluco Harmony before you see great results? Also do you take one in morning and one att night? Taking one at night does that work better. Pam
We typically recommend to allow 6 to 8 weeks at least to know if the product will work for you. The recommendation on the Gluco Harmony is one capsule twice a day with food.

I was wondering if you have had any Type 1 diabetics take this product and what are your thoughts about that? I know you will say check with your Dr. but I just thought I would ask. Two family members are taking it and has lost a lot of weight. That is why I would want to take it. Pam

I will like to know if this product contains cinnamon?
The Gluco Harmony does have Cinnamon Bark. It has 12.5 mg per serving.

I need to know how many oz's the all day enegy greens canister have.
The Go Ruby Go does not have grapefruit as a listed ingredient. The all Day energy greens contain Citrus Bioflavonoid. The citrus Bioflavonoid is derived from inner peels of oranges, lemons, and/or grapefruits.
