Is this a product you take throughout the day or just at night ? How long does one bottle last ? how many do you have to take per day ?
This product is recommended 2 vegetable capsules at night before bed. One bottle will last approximately one person one month.

I cannot Fall to sleep, at all so, I have to take (1) Capsule of "Temazepam" 15mg every night 30 minutes before going to bed. Would the "Sweet Deams" make me to sleep? pettemgm@verizon.net
We cannot commit on Temazepam, but Sweet Dreams was designed with constituents that will help relax a person (chamomile) and aid them in falling asleep coupled with ingredients that have shown promise in creating a more restful sleep through the inclusion of melatonin and 5-HTP.

i am having hot flashes and wake up every hour or two, will this product help with that

I have been taking Ambien(not CR) for at least three years now.....not every night though, and only half a pill(5mg). Sometimes even cutting it into fourths. I have stopped it a week ago, weaning down a couple nights. So is it safe to start the Sweet Dreams? I know you cant comment on the Ambien, but i just want to know if it is safe after a week off of it.....just want to make sure it is safe for me. Thanks!
