There are no known side effects to the Bio Renew, as the product is an all natural supplement. We do recommend taking all the product at 1 time, in 4 to 6 ounces of water with the individual packet of the product. Therefore you could either take it of a morning or at night on an empty stomach. If you take it of a morning, please wait about 90 minutes to 2 hours before eating or drinking anything else.

It is a powder supplement that you mix with 6-8 ounces of water and you take it once per day before bed.

Why does this product have fructose and sucralose as ingredients I have been reading how bad they are for you?
The sugars in the products are used to fuel the amino acids. Stevia doesn’t fuel as well as sucralose or fructose.
