Shipping
All in-stock items are shipped within three business days. All orders are shipped by FEDEX unless the shipping address is a P.O. box, then the order is shipped by U.S. mail. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Camp Verde, Arizona. If a product is back-ordered you will be notified as to when you could expect your order.
* All Orders of $125 or more are entitled for Free Shipping in continental US except the Heathbounder due to oversize and weight.
An email that contains the tracking information will be sent to you right after the product is shipped.
International & Expedited Orders: There will be an additional charge for any orders outside of the United States, and any expedited orders.
Order Tracking
You can use Track to check the status of your shipment at anytime during and after delivery. With just a few clicks, you can check the status of up to 30 FedEx Express® (including Express Freight), FedEx Ground®, FedEx Freight®, FedEx Custom Critical® shipments, or FedEx Kinko’s orders at a time.
